Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrect.

Return Request Timeline: You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the order.

Refund Process: Once we receive and verify the returned item, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-stitched sarees, used or washed items, and discounted products cannot be returned.
